This piece is created using textured paste which I dug deep cuts into to create different patterns. I then painted the whole artwork in mint green before sponging grey, silver and black acrylic paint over the top to add depth and realism. 
The reason for the name is because I am a huge Tim Burton fan, this piece was inspired by Edward Scissor hands. The cuts represents the scissors and the colours used are similar to the colour palette used in the film.
